Is this a sales call?
It’s a working session about your operation. You’ll leave with a clearer picture of where you stand either way — and if we’re not a fit, we’ll say so.
What if I’m not a numbers person?
Neither were most of the families we work with. You don’t have to become an accountant — you have to be able to read your own operation, and that’s a skill your coach teaches.
How much time is this going to take?
Less than you’re already spending. Instead of guessing at the kitchen table at 11pm, you get a scheduled hour with your coach and a system that holds the answer next time you need it.
Is my operation too small? Or too complicated?
There’s no acre floor and no ceiling. Families range from a few hundred acres to multi-entity operations across several states — row crop and livestock, one generation and four.
How will this pay for itself?
Most operations carry at least one costly blind spot — a field losing money inside a profitable average, a note priced worse than it should be, insurance chosen by habit. Ten cents a bushel on 200,000 bushels is $20,000 a year.
Who sees my numbers?
You do. They’re your books, they’re never sold, and who else sees them — banker, accountant, the next generation — is your call every time.
